    1. ISSS CLOSED FOR SEVIS AND HOLIDAYS

    Tomorrow, on Tuesday, December 23, ISSS will be closed to the public during the morning only, due to SEVIS processing. ISSS will be open to the public during the afternoon from 1:00 to 4:15 p.m. Please note that document check for new students/scholars and document pick-up will begin at 1:00 p.m.

    Please remember that ISSS will be closed on additional days during the winter holiday season, including Wednesday, December 24. In addition, F and J Advising Walk-ins and F-1 Document Specialist Walk-in schedules will be more limited during the Winter Break.

    2. F-1 STUDENTS: SAME-DAY TRAVEL SIGNATURES, DECEMBER 29

    If you are leaving the U.S. you need a valid travel signature on your I-20. This service usually takes two days. ISSS offers travel signatures on a "Same-Day" basis on certain days at the end of the semester. The last day available this winter is Monday, December 29. "Same-Day" service requires that you bring some additional documents. "Same-Day" service is not available to students under certain conditions. Please see the ISSS web site for details BEFORE coming for a "Same-Day" travel signature:
