NEW ANNOUNCEMENTS:

1. J-1 DOCUMENT SPECIALIST WALK-INS

J-1 Document Specialist walk-ins are cancelled through Friday, June 6 due to SEVIS implementation. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause Please see the ISSS web site for additional J advising walk-in times.

2 NEW SUMMER WALK-IN SCHEDULE

The F-1 and J-1 Advising Walk-in schedule will change for the summer, beginning on Monday, June 2 During the months of June and July, F-1 and J-1 Advising Walk-ins will not be held on Fridays

The F-1 and J-1 Advising Walk-in hours will remain the same as spring semester on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The schedule for the month of August has not been determined yet Please see the ISSS web site for Walk-in details and updates:

The J-1 Document Specialist Walk-ins (beginning June 6) and F-1 Document Specialist Walk-ins will remain the same during the summer.

3 LIMITED SERVICE MAY 26 - 30

Many of the advising staff will be out of town at a professional conference (NAFSA) during the week of May 26 to May 30 ISSS will be closed on Monday, May 26 for the Memorial Day holiday, and on Tuesday, May 27 to process SEVIS documents, but will be open the rest of the week with limited staff available Please try to schedule your visits to the office accordingly.

Due to limited staff, the CPT/OPT workshop on Friday, May 23 is cancelled Please see the CPT/OPT workshop schedule on the ISSS web site for additional workshops.
