2. IMPORTANT REMINDER FOR CINTAX USERS! KEEP YOUR RECORDS!

Nonresident aliens must mail in the Form 1040NR or 1040NR-EZ. After completing CINTAX, you must print, sign, and mail the tax return. Keep a copy of the tax return. The copy of your tax return is second in importance only to your passport and immigration documents.

CINTAX deletes all tax records on June 16--or earlier if so requested--but the Federal Government requires you to keep a copy of the tax return for at least three calendar years following the date filed (four calendar years in total).

4. "GOOD CITIZENS, BAD SAMARITANS"? TOWARDS A CULTURAL ANALYSIS OF FINNISH EXCELLENCE
: CULTURE CORPS EVENT

Top rankings in educational achievement, economic performance, social trust, equality, and environmental sustainability have turned Finland into a model society that many nations wish to emulate. Dr. Jukka Savolainen, Speer Visiting Professor of Finnish Studies at Department of Sociology will discuss the cultural factors that explain Finland's reputation as a rational, well-organized society and that sometimes these characteristics may result in pathological outcomes, such as in the case of "Finlandization".

5. CURRENT TRENDS IN HOME TELEHEALTH
: CULTURE CORPS EVENT

Home telehealth is one emerging area within the broader telemedicine marketplace. The tools and techniques needed to develop and implement home telehealth programs will be described within the framework of recent research studies involving home monitoring, virtual visits, and web portals for maintaining independent living while managing chronic health conditions. Barriers to adoption of home telehealth technology will be discussed. The potential of home telehealth is in large part due to its geographic independence˜distance is no longer the issue it would be in delivering traditional health care services using traditional methods.
