January 2009 Pre-Academic Skills Program
Learning in the University of Minnesota Community
The January 2009 Pre-Academic Skills Program is a three-week intensive
program designed to introduce UGRAD students to the University of
Minnesota community. This program will also address and explore areas
such as writing in academic settings, developing organizational skills,
and learning to use campus resources. Understanding these topics and
exploring these areas provides students with an introduction to vital
skills that are necessary for success in a university setting.
