Enrichment Activities

Over the course of the program all participants will take part in a variety of cultural events and activities. These activities will include site visits to not for profits organizations, local businesses and arts organizations in and around the Twin Cities. Some sites that might be visited include Wellstone Action , The Center for Victims of Torture, Split Rock Lighthouse, and the Natural Resource Research Institute in Duluth, Minnesota. Throughout the course of these enrichment events, students will have a chance to meet residents of the Twin Cities and greater Minnesota and learn more about what life is really like in the Midwestern United States.
