projects, your project application must be complete and ready (with
no revisions pending) by Thursday April 17, 2008 at noon.
Late Submissions
Late submissions will be accepted for review only if additional funding remains available for distribution. Given the number of applications received and the increasing competition for the awards, please do not count on being able to submit your proposal after the deadline.
