Office Walk-in Information

Walk-In Advising for F and J Visa Holders

"Walk-ins" are 15-minute, drop-in meetings with advisors taken on a first-come, first-served basis. You can sign up on the walk-in list at the front desk at 190 Humphrey Center. If you think you will need more than 15 minutes, we suggest that you ask the front desk staff to schedule an appointment. If during a walk-in session with an advisor, issues discussed last more than 15-20 minutes, the student will be asked to schedule an appointment.
Please note that if we have more people coming in for walk-ins than can be seen during the allotted time, we may have to close the sign-up early.


ISSS will be closed on following date:
Because we are hosting the End of the Year and Graduation Celebration on May 9, ISSS will close at 3 p.m. Please plan your visit ISSS accordingly.

Monday 1:30– 4:00 p.m.
Tuesday 1:30 – 4:00 p.m.
Wednesday 9:00 – 11:30 a.m.
Thursday 1:30– 4:00 p.m.
Friday 1:30– 4:00 p.m.
