Mr. Mark Schneider

Mark is an Assistant Director for Employment-based Visas. Mark works primarily with Permanent Residence, H-1B, and J-1 visas and has also worked extensively with F-1 visa questions. Mark has been a foreign student and scholar advisor for almost 25 years at 5 different Universities and Colleges, including Macalester College and the University of St. Thomas, where he was also the Director. In 2003, he returned to the University of Minnesota where he was previously an advisor in ISSS from 1987-1993. Mark enjoys being involved in cross-cultural programs and training, as well as efforts to internationalize the campus.
