Pay Tuition & Fees

All currently-enrolled students will receive their billing statements electronically. An e-mail notice that your student account bill is ready to be viewed will be sent to your University-assigned e-mail account approximately two weeks after the semester begins and monthly thereafter.

Go to the Tuition and Billing webpage: for information about paying your tuition and fees: This site has information on when, where and how to pay your tuition and fees, installment plans, and general tuition and fees information.

Special Procedures for Sponsored students:

Please take care of the following before or as soon as possible after you enroll for classes in order to avoid any billing problems!

If your tuition and fees are paid by a government or international agency directly to the University, ISSS must receive a letter in English on official letterhead from your sponsor providing the following information. It is best if this can be done before the beginning of the semester/academic year:

  • Your full name
  • The length of the funding (example: August 2004 through May 2005)
  • What is included (tuition, fees, health insurance, books)
  • An address where the University needs to send the bill
  • The name of a contact person in case of problems
  • Any limitations ( funding only for a specific degree or major)

ISSS will forward this information to the Third Party Billing Office in B-1 Fraser Hall. If your funding renewed on an annual basis, you must provide an updated letter to ISSS each year.

Please note:
The University does not accept wire transfers from any individuals who want to pay for your educational expenses. Your sponsor should not send money for your living expenses to the University, as the University will not be able to release such funds to you.

You are responsible for the following:

  • Monitor any payments into your account. You must contact ISSS immediately if you become aware of any problems concerning your sponsor such as late payments, or cancellation of your sponsorship.
  • Any fees and fines posted to your account while you are a student at the University and that are not covered by your sponsoring agency must be paid by you.
