Off-campus Permanent Housing Resources

Explore housing options using the resources listed below. We strongly recommend that you see the property before you sign a lease or rental agreement to live there. Remember that you are the customer and the landlord needs to satisfy your needs! Do not feel pressured to signing a lease or a rental agreement.

Student Nationality Organizations

The University of Minnesota has numerous nationality groups that continually offer assistance to new international students during their arrival. Find a listing of groups and contact information by going to the Student Activities Office website.
