Caution: Completion of a financial certification statement is NOT an approval of an I-20. The application, along with your passport, I-20, and (if appropriate) payroll verification must be submitted in person to the ISSS F-1 Document Specialist Students outside of the U.S. wishing to return to resume study may fax the financial certification statement to the I-20 document specialist at 612-626-7361.
