Please join Dorsey and Whitney attorney Craig Peterson for an informational session on the process for becoming a permanent resident. Learn about common options for permanent residence (green cards), labor certifications, outstanding professor/researcher applications, extraordinary ability applications, national interest waivers, diversity lottery, and other related topics. Mr. Peterson will also be available to answer any questions you may have regarding the process of becoming a permanent resident.
